These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mj99 ("mj99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the mj99 website located at https://mj99.pro, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, applications, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mj99 Platform. Breach of any of the provisions below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the mj99 Platform under any identity, whether your own or another person's.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of mj99.

mj99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership and may be revoked at any time without notice if you breach these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mj99 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
